Multi Clean 903375 Acryl-Kote Floor Sealer Finish

This 17% solids, metal cross-linked seal, is composed of a special blend of polymers to seal porous floors and provide a foundation for all Multi-Clean floor finishes. Use on tile, terrazzo and other surfaces. BLACK MARK RESISTANT.

ACRYL-KOTE SEAL AND FINISH is essentially an odorless, water-based product formulated with top quality metal cross-linked polymers and light colored resins which provide a tough, clear seal and finish that is remarkably resistant to discoloration.

ACRYL-KOTE provides a tough, satin-like finish that brings out the natural color and beauty of floors and prevents dusting of terrazzo, oxychloride and concrete floors. Its penetrating action seals out dirt, water and stain-causing materials and helps prevent chipping, dusting and pitting. It preserves the beauty of new asphalt, vinyl, vinyl composition, and linoleum floors and revives and brings out the natural beauty of even worn, porous floors. It is also recommended to be used on synthetic sports floors and concrete. It’s odor-free, and an excellent product for use in hospitals, hotels and food processing plants. Authorized by USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

ACRYL-KOTE SEAL AND FINISH may be applied with a short string mop or wax applicator. Average coverage is 1,500 to 2,000 sq. ft. per gallon on tile floors. Average drying time - 30 to 45 minutes. Two coats are recommended on all floors where it is used alone as the seal and finish. Where used as a seal, with additional coats of a Multi-Clean resinous finish, only one coat of ACRYL-KOTE is needed. No etching needed on concrete floors, normally just a thorough cleaning.
