Multi Clean 904185 Emerald Floor Finish Ultra High Speed
Emerald is based on a polymer cross-linking technology that does not require the use of zinc or other heavy metals to produce a durable, high quality finish with excellent long term removability. In addition, Emerald does not give off harsh ammonia fumes during application making this finish ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and other areas where odor must be kept to a minimum. Emerald exhibits excellent burnish response using high speed and ultra high speed equipment.
This product meets Green Seal® Standard GS-40 based on effective performance and protective limits on VOCs and human & environmental toxicity. GreenSeal.org.

Emerald is based on a polymer cross-linking technology that does not require the use of zinc or other heavy metals to produce a durable, high quality finish with excellent long term removability.
Emerald combines the benefits of conventional zinc metal interlock finishes without the environmental drawbacks. Zinc has been found to interfere with waste water treatment processes. In addition, Emerald does not give off harsh ammonia fumes during application making this finish ideal for use in hospitals, nursing homes, schools and other areas where odor must be kept to a minimum.
Emerald exhibits excellent burnish response using high speed and ultra high speed equipment. Emerald can be used as both a seal and a finish to achieve a high gloss appearance with excellent scuff, mark, soil, and detergent resistance. StainLess Seal, a zinc free sealer, can also be used as a part of a complete zinc free system.
